So many of us are under pressure, whether it be a result of school, financial obligations, work, or familial responsibilities. These kind of stresses take a major toll on our overall levels of happiness and in turn, the relationships we have with ourselves and others.
I wrote this piece because I’ve learned to admit that I’ve fallen prey to stress on multiple occasions. I can thank yoga, among other things, for raising me out of each and every one of those slumps. This post features a few tips and tricks that helped me to combat stress, ultimately uncovering the Shana I was before the pressures of life perched upon my shoulders. The me I was meant to be.
